Wild Action Incursion
Today the Prep children had an incursion called “Wild action”. They learnt about and met a variety of Australian animals. There was Charlie the saltwater crocodile, Ollie the python, Freddo the green tree frog and many more! We found it interesting to learn about the different habitats these animals came from and how they protect themselves out in the wild. Do you know that a shingle back lizard looks like it has two heads? This is so that it can protect itself by tricking other animals. Pretty clever!
