This week our Year 5/6s had their first session of SEPEP in Level 4 Sport. SEPEP stands for ‘Sports Education in Physical Education Program’. Students will be allocated to specific roles and run their own round robin style competition. Our competition this year will be focused on a Striking Unit – kickball, tee-ball and rounders!
Today, students met with their teams for the first time to begin some of the administration- allocating roles and picking their team name! Some of the roles given to students were Captain, Coach, Manager, Tribunal Representative, Umpire, Scorer, Equipment Manager and Photographer.
We are really excited to move onto the next stage of the process- creating player profiles and training schedules!
Thanks to Mr Eagleton for his great organising so far.
