ANZAC Service

On Thursday, I had the great honour of going with all the Grade 6s to Templestowe Memorial Reserve. This was a very moving occasion, which was organized by the Rotary Club of Templestowe.

There were many important speakers, including MP Matthew Guy and Councillor Michelle Kleinert. The ANZAC Requiem was delivered by Doncaster Secondary College School Captains Dylan Cheng and Annabel Carr, Annabel being a past student of TVPS!

It was a very moving moment with all the speeches about ANZAC Day. Millie and I both had the honour of laying down the wreath for our school, which felt very special.

All in all, it was a very touching and memorable moment for everyone. I hope everyone will be able to take time on ANZAC Day to remember and be thankful for those people who fought and died for our country.
