Growing Tomorrow’s Leaders

At TVPS, leadership is not limited to a badge or a title. We want students to learn how to contribute, take responsibility, work with others and use their voice in positive ways throughout their time at school.

All students can take on leadership in many areas, including Junior School Council, House leadership (Birchwood, Cavendish, Newbury and Thompson), School Voice Representatives, Sustainability, STEM, Performing Arts, Visual Arts and Mandarin. These roles give students real opportunities to represent their peers, help shape school life and contribute to the community around them.

By the time students reach the senior years, many are already confident in speaking, organising, supporting others and leading by example. That sense of agency is an important part of life at TVPS.
